The amazing view from our renovated 9th-floor room enhanced our stay, especially at night when it seemed like we were surrounded by a beautiful Balkan forest.
One downside was the bathtub setup in the bathroom. It was quite elevated and slippery, lacking handrails, which could pose a risk with mobility issues.

Big and perfectly clean hotel, location was best possible short walk to shops restaurants, supermarkets, and other shops and Plovdiv on a work trip for a couple of days.

The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely bath tub. The breakfast offered plenty of fresh fruits and healthy choices. The indoor pool was a hit with my daughter. The attached restaurant was fantastic!

a nice size and well-equipped rooms with a personal safe, air conditioning and a minibar, etc. variety of options for savoury breakfast. location adjacent to plovdiv on a work trip for a couple of days.
Beds were uncomfortable.

The kids loved the coloring book and crayons, a lovely touch. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection to please everyone's palate.
My children wished there were more play areas for outdoor fun.

The air conditioning is less than adequate, leading to uncomfortable temperatures during hot weather!!! Communication barriers were noticeable, causing confusion on multiple occasions!!!
